Aoi Hiyoshi (日吉 葵), nicknamed Piyotan (ぴよたん), is the gunner and loader of the Anteater Team and one of the supporting protagonists of Girls und Panzer.
Profile[]
Aoi is a third year student from Ooarai Girls Academy. She's also an online game fanatic. She's also the gunner and loader of the Anteater Team's Type 3 Chi-Nu.
Appearance[]
Aoi has grey hair, which she ties into a ponytail. She also has grey eyes and freckles.
Trivia[]
- Her favorite flower is Carnation and her favorite tank is the British Challenger tank.
- Along with Mai Nekota, Aoi has been training physical strength. Effects of her training are most impressive, as she's able to single-handedly grab the shell thrown to her by Nekota, and then slam it into the breach of the gun hard enough to close the breach behind it. (It must be mentioned that Chi-nu shells weight is 14.5 lb or 6.6 kg, making it even more impressive).
- She has a younger brother.
- Piyotan, like her teammates, has a verbal tick at the end of nearly all her sentences. Hers is Piyo.
- Piyotan was revealed to be her nickname. Her real name is Aoi Hiyoshi.
