Chiyoko is an average sized girl, with short bobbed black hair with fringe, thick eyebrows and dark blue eyes. She wear the standard Sensha-do uniform of Chi-Ha-Tan Academy. She standartly have serious face.

She been commander of tank with during Winter Contiuous Track Cup battle against Oarai command Type 2 Ka-Mi with been disguised as a crocodile in the river, so she can realize surprise attack on Oarai.
