The Chindits are a Tankathlon group from the spin-off manga Girls Und Panzer: Ribbon Warrior.
Background[]
The Chindits are a Tankathlon group led by Orange Pekoe and Rosehip from St. Gloriana Girls' College.
During the Cauldron they would be defeated by Bonple High School and would subsequently be absorbed into their team, going as far as changing their uniforms to that of Bonple High to reflect this. During their time in the Cauldron they would solely field the Mark VII Tetrarch.
Trivia[]
- The name "Chindits" is likely a reference to the Long Range Penetration Groups or "Chindits" utilized by both British and Commonwealth Indian forces during the Burma Campaign in WW2. This is further reflected by the similarities in their uniforms before being absorbed into Bonple.
